Bill was trained at Dame Elizabeth Art School in the 70's. He originally worked in watercolour, then after moving to Cornwall, changed to acrylics to better capture the seascapes he loves to paint. He has sent paintings worldwide, from South Africa to Norway from California to Australia and now exhibits his work at Longships Gallery, St Ives.
